At North Coast Minders we pride ourselves on the training and professionalism of our staff.
To help staff maintain and increase their skills they regularly attend training courses and workshops. Over the past 5 years we have had a very active training program. Many of our staff have completed traineeships and we continue to encourage our staff to take up traineeships with us.
Staff also have the opportunity to attend short courses and workshops on topics such as:
- Dementia and Alzheimers Disease
- Challenging Behaviours
- North Coast Minders are members of New South Wales Business Chamber this membership assists us to manage personnel and compliance issues

All staff who work for North Coast Minders are covered by Workers Compensation, Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
