CARE CONNECT is a not for profit national case management organization now providing services to the Far North Coast. Two case managers, located at the North Coast Minders Office, have recently commenced:
- Community Aged Care Packaged (CACPs) and
- Extended Aged Care at Home Packages (EACH)
These packages are available to eligible members of the community.
